1. About Us

These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of products by Pet Shenanigans ("we", "our", "us").

By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website.

2. Our Products

Pet Shenanigans creates and sells original artwork, prints, gifts and other merchandise inspired by the mischievous adventures of our animal characters.

We take great care to ensure product images and descriptions are accurate. However, colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings, printing processes and materials.

All dimensions and specifications are approximate.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated and include VAT where applicable.

Delivery charges are calculated during checkout and added before payment.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, although this will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Orders

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Acceptance of your order takes place when we dispatch your products.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:

• Payment cannot be authorised
• Pricing or product information contains an obvious error
• An item becomes unavailable
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected

If your order is cancelled after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

5. Payment

Payment must be received in full before your order is processed.

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.

All transactions are securely processed by our payment providers. Pet Shenanigans does not store your payment card details.

6. Delivery

UK shipping £4.49. Estimated delivery in 3-4 business days.

Dispatch and delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Postal or courier delays
• Customs processing
• Severe weather
• Industrial action
• Other unforeseen events

Risk in the products passes to you upon successful delivery.

7. Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your purchase from Pet Shenanigans. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item in accordance with the following policy.

Change of Mind

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item for any reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us within the 14-day cancellation period. Once you have notified us, you must return the item within a further 14 days.

Returned items must:

• Be unused and in their original condition.
• Be returned with any original packaging where reasonably possible.
• Be suitable for resale.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days using your original payment method.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, including photographs where possible.

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible by offering one of the following:

• A replacement
• A full refund
• A partial refund where appropriate

Where an item is faulty or incorrect, we will also reimburse any reasonable return postage costs.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Intellectual Property

All artwork, illustrations, characters, logos, graphics, photographs, designs, website content and branding are the intellectual property of Pet Shenanigans and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy or reproduce our artwork
• Modify or adapt our designs
• Sell or distribute our content
• Use our artwork commercially
• Create derivative works based on our products

without our prior written permission.

9. Newsletter & Marketing Communications

When you make a purchase from Pet Shenanigans, we may occasionally send you emails about:

• New product launches
• Seasonal collections
• Exclusive offers
• Promotions
• Behind-the-scenes updates
• Pet Shenanigans news

Where required by applicable law, you will be given the opportunity to opt out of receiving marketing communications during checkout.

If you opt in to a checkout reminder before entering Stripe Checkout and do not complete your purchase, we may send a single reminder containing a secure link to recover that checkout.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link included in every marketing email or by contacting us directly.

By providing your email address during checkout, you acknowledge that we may contact you regarding your order and, where legally permitted, send you marketing communications about similar Pet Shenanigans products and services.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

Any personal information you provide is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

We will never sell your personal information to third parties.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pet Shenanigans shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.

Our total liability for any claim relating to your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any liability that cannot legally be excluded

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, war, pandemics, postal disruptions or government action.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
