US Returns & Refunds
Every Pet Shenanigans print is produced to order. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we will put it right.
Damaged, defective or incorrect orders
Contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@petshenanigans.co.uk.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A brief description of the problem.
- Clear photographs of the product.
- Photographs of the packaging if it was damaged in transit.
Once reviewed, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund. You will not be charged again for an approved replacement.
Change-of-mind returns
Because our prints and framed posters are produced to order, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for an ordinary change of mind on US orders. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
Please check the selected artwork, size, finish and frame colour carefully before completing checkout.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to display the credit.
Order cancellation
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel. We will try to stop the order, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.
